Lighthouse Residential Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting men and women through our housing programs. We currently offer up to 16 beds between two locations in the Houston, TX area.
Our sober living home for men provides residence, structure, computer-based job training and certifications, substance accountability through testing with substance group support meetings, and case management. Our program also includes a community service commitment which aims to rehabilitate any member over the course of their 12-month re-launch preparation.
Our faith-based, veteran-owned, sober living home environment offers traditional Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous group support programs but also innovative trigger management. The facility offered was formerly a home for entertaining with two built-in bars — now used by residents to retrain their minds that even being in a bar around others does not require problematic substances.
Our current community service commitment is neighborhood watch which, joined with trigger management, retrains residents to take responsibility for the community around them — building their ethical constitution to be applied in other areas of their life, such as making the proper decision not to drink and drive.

We currently operate a 12-bed sober living home for men and a 4-bed facility sheltering female victims of domestic violence — 16 beds total across two Houston-area locations.
We are actively planning the re-appropriation of a 3rd property to add 10 beds of sober living dedicated to women, and future acquisition of a former assisted living facility to further expand the services we're able to offer.
Residents engage in self-governance pursuant to National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards, and our administration is certified by the Texas Recovery-Oriented Housing Network (TROHN).
